This is a day in my life in Madeira on a Sunday. I visit the best farmers market in Madeira Portugal. Santo Da Serra Market in Madeira! This local market Madeira is the perfect place to shop for fresh produce, drinking poncha, eat great Madeira food, buy handmade crafts, and more. Spend your Sunday in Madeira exploring this lively market and immerse yourself in the culture of Madeira!
Santo da Serra Sunday Market is a great day out, just to hang out and eat some good Portuguese food and soak up the local atmosphere. It is a real local market, full of Madeira locals especially compared to the touristy fruit market in Funchal Madeira.
After that, I jump back on the back and head into the mountains towards Pico Do Areeiro and go on a hike to find an amazing view point over the mountains and the ocean.
There are so many things to do on a Sunday in Madeira.
